Sonia's Trust Your Vibes Level 1 class was a complete Joy to participate in. She had us dancing and singing and raising our frequencies so much that I achieved successes that I have not had in a while. What a wonderful 4 days. Surrounded by great people, Mark and his music, and Sonia and her magical teaching ways. I have seen Sonia several times and must admit that this topped it all.
